I know what it feels like to try everything and still not feel well. Feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, just trying to push through every day. Until something stops you in your tracks.
For me, that was a cancer diagnosis. And as shocking as that was for me, at 47, I wasn't totally surprised. I hadn't felt well in over a decade.
And as terrible as that experience was, I managed to find some silver linings. It helped me deeply reconnect with what is truly important ~ me, my well-being and the foundations of true healing.
I had a long climb back to health and it began with simplifying everything. I focused on gentle, supportive practices that actually made a difference.
That experience helped shape how I support others today.
I've learned that it's not about doing more...it's often about doing less, but focusing on what truly supports you ~ your body, mind and energy.
